I bought that Daniel's Running Formula that Rob briefly mentioned in one of his posts. I realized how little I actually know about running, and how everything I did was basically trial and error. Hopefully being educated on the subject will help put an end to my seasonal injuries. I just went for 4 today, and at a very easy pace. I'm probably going to take tomorrow off too. My leg is still hurting, and it's been very frustrating, but I've decided that the most important thing is staying healthy. That's why if I have to back off for most of the summer, that's what I'm going to do. Hopefully I can keep my mileage around 40-50 miles a week, because if I can do that I'm almost positive that I can have a great season. For now I'm just going to do it day by day.
