Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Yea was really feeling a run yesterday so I truly planned it in today. It wasnt as cold as yesterday I would say. It was dark and I couldnt see much so I really took it easy. Also, ankle felt rather unstable and I didnt want to blast it. Was thinking of going up the hill on a Whitney, but I kinda burped up a little as I was going along, and my stomach started to cramp up, so I took the alternate route up Triangle and around the schools. It ended up being just as long somehow... Anyways cramps got worse as I went along but never got too bad. Still prevented me from really picking up the pace and running smoother. Legs were awfully heavy today as well. I got the mileage and got to release my mind for a little bit though. Quite refreshing.
Essentials: Stretch, stick roller
Tried to stretch out well but had to eat some crackers right when I got back. Maybe they are still sore from Sunday. Stick roller helped workout some of the extra soreness and I havent done that in a while.
