Out here grindin. And so motivation carries over to the streets. Got back and headed right out. It was cold, but had a smooth rhythm in my step and calm cadence. Ran around Amherst College first, then looped up the hill to the track. Did 4 laps of striders on the straights. Its been a while since I opened up like that, and it felt nice. I finished with a 400 all out, in the dark. 69-70. Not bad I could feel it, and it felt good. Its been a while, and brought me back to feeling that every week... After than jogged home nice and easy.

Essential: Stretch

Good stretch, legs feel so much better. Still feel a little chunky, but this is a good start to being refreshed.
