Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Did a mile interval workout. It went fairly well, but was a lot harder than I anticipated it to be. The trail I ran on was super muddy. I hoped to do 5 intervals at 5:45 pace with 3 minutes of light running between. I felt, though, that I'd worked hard enough after doing 3 intervals. (I'm somewhat afraid of overtraining since I had knee pain.) Nevertheless, a good workout. I did some more milage and 5 100m strides after the intervals.
