Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Actually slept in today after another late night. I shifted things today, went out shopping a little later, went up to Yankee Candle to stock up on holiday goods. Glad I didnt spend too much time there. The wait to take a picture with Santa was 3 HOURS!!! Fuck that I just peaked through the Christmas Trees and saw him sitting there, wasnt impressed. Anyways after I had my monthly dose of white people I came back and took a football nap. Did not feel like running when I woke up and it took me a while to get out there cause I knew it had been a while and this weeks mileage was abysmal. Eventually, I did get out. It was dark, windy, and slippery at points so I needed to take it slowly. I wanted to just run today and get some of the fresh air, so I went up to campus the same way then continued on. Felt good on campus it was a little clearer so I could pick up the pace. Coming back I had to go slow.
Essentials: Stretch
Simple stretch when I got back, things feel really good. Ankle a little on the sore side but its been feeling like that anyways. Impressed still I could get out and just go for it, like I havent taken any time off at all. This run felt great got me reset after this weekend.
