Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Long boring drive home. So ready to be done by the time I got in. Rested a little then went out for a good run. Didn't really know where I wanted to go, so in a split decision decided to go up Giles, across the footbridge, up Stewart Ave, then down Gun Hill and behind IHS. Then just came straight back on Cayuga. School had just gotten out, but it was pretty empty by the time I came through. On the way down Cayuga, saw a group of girls running and I wanted to catch them to see if they were IHS kids. I think they were. I put a huge surge on and passed them, then I dint want to get passed so I kept it up until the Commons. Hit all the stoplights there and that hurt my tempo so I just took it easy home. Glad I could open up and sustain some of that speed for a while it actually felt good. Needed a run like that after this week.

Essentials: Stretch

Easy simple stretch didn't focus on much. Calves a little bit sore but overall legs feel worked and thats a great thing.
