Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Slept a lot last night and it made me really tired and lazy during the day. I got out and did the nice loop up on the recway. No one was up there except for a pair of deer that wouldn't get out of my way. The trail was real icy and slippery so I took my time and was careful. Coming down the hill was easier but it was so steep it kinda made my knees tight. Felt a little more awake when I got back.
Essentials: Stretch
Better job at stretching today. Legs feeling worked! Now I remember what it is like to run consecutive days… and thats kinda sad. Makes the dedicated training seem that much more impressive.
