FINALLY!

Comments:
6 x mile...my kind of workout.
at the park at the end of MLK...not exactly my ideal location, but it worked.
Negative split everything. Legs felt a little tired early, but something clicked around the 3rd repeat. I felt like I was finally able to let out some speed. Ran STRONG the entire way. I need to run with this type of confidence ALL THE TIME.
