Getting back to it! Long day at lab. Classic. Got home chilled with dinner, then some quick abs later. Havent done that in a while and it felt pretty good. No run, but I wanted to stay late and fit some more stuff in. Got lots of work to do, but remember the key is balance and staying on the smart path.
