cross training

Saw Kim today and we don't know what's wrong. She said to cross train again today and not to run at the meet. She also told me that if it doesn't get better in the next few days I might need to get an x-ray or something to make sure that nothing bad like a stress fracture is starting to develop. A stress fracture wouldn't really make sense though because the volume of my training is really low right now.
