Comments:
Oh yea a good day to run. Lots going on lots to do, balance it all with some time on the streets. You only become as you let yourself be. It was warming up and the roads werent too icy. Got to add on a little bit down Lincoln too. Felt great today, legs thought it was easy. I can really tell actually that my fitness is better than it was several months ago.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch when I got back, some of the guys got back the same time that I did. Legs fell good in general, but ankles are kinda tight. Weather is looking warmer this week. I would really like to get into the gym sometime soon too.
