Had to rush down to practice and barely made it on time because I filled in for someone at Admissions - unfortunately I didn't get much of a warm up and that definitely didn't help. Overall, it was kind of a crappy workout for me. I hit the times (the last two exactly) but I was behind in my group and I really wanted to run those faster.
