Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran a double tempo run of 2 x 2 miles after intramurals. Did 1.5 mile warm up, 2 miles on the track in 12:48 (6:24, 6:24) then a mile easy followed by 2 miles hard on grass (hills, wind, etc.) Ran for 13:25 for about 2 miles. 1.5 mile cool down. Felt good. Cold and tired, but good.
