RUNNING!!!! (but mostly biking)

Comments:
The first 20 seconds was the best feeling ever, but then it wore off and I started to get a little tired. I don't remember how my foot felt because I was so excited about actually running. I ran the 3 minutes with Emma and then we biked for about 40 minutes. After that we did abs and a short cross-fit circuit in the hall with everyone else. Tomorrow I'm hoping to run for 5 minutes but if I feel anything then I have to stop.
