Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
8x3 minutes with Jack. Ran to the gym and then did a warmup loop. We started the workout on the track. Did 4 intervals on the track and would hit about 930 meters for 3 minutes. Recovery was 2-3 minutes very slow job (400 meters). After the fourth rep, we did a few on the road. Finished back on the track. Great workout. Got the pace down to 5:00 flat per mile.
