Comments:
Ran a nice workout this afternoon. Did a mile warm-up, 4 strides, then 6 x 3:00 hard with 90 second jog recovery on campus and the Daniel's 5K course. then ran 6 x 100 meters and did a 3 mile cool down with Dan Ward (Ramblewood loop) and a mile on my own. Felt good. Legs a little sore.
