Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Was going to do a long run. Ran to the gym and met up with the guys. Started running on Route 2 towards the Whale Tails but had to turn around. Achilles on the right foot was hurting more than ever. Ran back home and drove to the gym to grab some ice. Going to ice all day and then bike tomorrow. I want to be healthy come next weekend for the Valentine Invitational
