Comments:
I had my first PT appointment at 3 this afternoon. Colleen, the physical therapist, said that my calves are tighter than most people, my right foot flares out a bit when I walk (but not run), and that the arch of my right foot is slightly flatter than my left foot. Luckily all of these problems can be fixed, mostly with stretching and strengthening my feet. I got back to the high school at 4 and ran for 1.25 miles outside and then biked for 35 minutes. I'm supposed to be running 1.25 miles three times this week, but if I'm feeling good I think I'll go for 1.5 on Friday (which is sooo much farther).
