Comments:
4:21.41 (indoor PR)-- Solid race for 3 weeks of running (and one workout) after an injury! Ran unattached- hopefully that was enough to get me on the roster for conference.
Felt good during the race- didn't feel my shins or hip/groin at all. No pain after either. Hopefully the race shook my body up, and everything will magically go away.
