Comments:
Unorthodox run. Combination of a fatrlek and Pace run. Stopping at stoplights was not fun ... neither was the undigested food. During the actual running my pace was hovering around 6:05. Smooth the entire way, the lack of steady rhythm was tricky. Overall, decent run.
