Weather: I'm a sunburned mess

Comments:
We were out there for much longer than 2 hours because we stopped for lunch and at the beach. We were biking slowly and it was totally flat so the ride was really easy, except for the end when I was hot and dehydrated. When we got back I ran a mile just because I can. It kind-of reminded me of that day in Oregon last summer (see 7/4/16) when I biked something like 45 miles (with pretty much no training) and then tried to run 6 miles in horrible conditions.
