Ran with Kraig at the Gates Chili track. Did a 2 mile warm-up, strides, 4 x 1200 meters progressive and a 2 and 1/2 mile cool down. It was nice out! Felt decent. Ran 4:46, 4:39, 4:33, 4:24.
