Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran with Anna and Payton. Did a 1/2 mile warm up, stretch, 1/2 mile easy, some strides, 15 minutes easy/medium then 15 minute tempo on track (9 1/2 laps) 6:13, 6:37 for first 2 miles then some surges. 2 1/2 mile cool down around campus and some jogging back at school. Felt good.
