Comments:
10 mile progression run. Started off between 6:10-6:15 and worked my way down. Started on the bike path near Maple Street and made it into Colchester. Turned around and was met with a gnarly headwind. That made the run much harder. Still a good workout. The last mile was brutal. Form fell apart and I couldn't clear lactate.
