Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Ran 10 miles with Kraig in the wind and snow after shoveling. Rochester weather is crazy. Ran easy going splits of 8:45, 8:20, 8:18, 8:12, 8:07, 7:55, 8:08, 7:55, 7:45, 7:47. Pretty much a progression run since mile 7 had a hill and we slowed the last 400. Fun run!
