Comments:
Still cold as a mofo out this weekend. That makes it tough to want to go outside... Feeling in a funk and wanted to run it off. Legs still tired and sore from yesterday though. The wind was cold but not as bad as yesterday. Tried to release myself during the run, but started thinking a little about lab stuff. Felt a little better when I got onto campus but still tired. Lift was pretty solid then took it back home easier.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretched it out pretty good feeling much more flexible. Looking forward to warmer weather to loosen up as well. Hope I can get a few runs in this week. Also, might beable to bring some stuff to New Orleans. I fit in one run at APS last time and it was actually a great great run, so its def worth it.
