Comments:
Solo long run after work. Ran from the house and did the Noosk loop. Pace dropped after about 3 miles. Ran 6 flats for most of the run. Sometime on the bike path, I took off and ran MP for a few miles. Slowed down once I got to Echo and then sent it home
