Weather: I hereby decree that I am never biking again

Comments:
I had PT at 3:30 so I was a bit late to the first day of track practice. The good news is that I can run 5 days a week now. I just shouldn't run 2 miles every day so tomorrow I'm going to run 1-1.5 miles. After running I went to bike for 30 minutes and it was totally miserable. I would rather give up the last shred of my fitness to do a field event than bike in the weight room again. It's been over 2 months and I just don't want to be cooped up in there away from everyone else anymore. I looked at the schedule when I got home and decided that I want to be able to race by April 25th. I'm starting to think that might be a little optimistic, but we'll see what happens.
