Comments:
Got in my run right as the sun was setting. It did get pretty dark. It was comfortable though, had on my new shirt from the race and got it all covered in boogers and sweat. I tired to strat myself out slow and work into it nice and easy like. Its been a few days and I have been exerting myself a lot feeling stressed. It was good and I worked into it and felt real real solid. Got that enlightened feeling, just clarity and focused thinking as I ran along. This really was just what I needed. Felt good coming back too down the hill even though my legs were actually starting to feel a little bit on the heavy side.
Essentials: Stretch
Ok stretch when I got back. Knees a little on the tight side and hips too. Just feel sore overall but its a really good kind of sore. Even though I was burnt out when I got home I got this in and it was great.
