Bike Workout

Comments:
Did essentially the same thing as everyone else. It was 3x(2 on, 2 off, 1 on, 1 off, 30secs on, 30secs off). I forgot how much time was in between each set so I allowed myself 1:30 which was plenty. I was only gonna do two sets because I'm super resentful about biking right now, but I ended up doing 3 anyway.
