Hip felt much better today. Thank goodness. But being 100% is the most important thing, so I took today for a bike today. Probably cross train tomorrow too. That'll mean sacrificing a long run, and maybe missing out a chance to get a 20 miler in, but if I'm not healthy, no way I can make it further than that.
