Comments:
first 4:15 practice at AU. Ran there and did the early season workout (jog curves, sprint straightaways) with fellow snow pants (Mia, Thea, Finn). Pretty easy workout, and wanted to do more/faster stuff because I felt good, but stopped after three laps because what a shocker, my shins hurt.
