Comments:
Just a lazy day today recharging before getting back into it this week. Got out the door in a timely manner. Shorts and 3 shirts, the top layers werent necessary. Felt much better than yesterday, came along a lot easier. Had a solid pace up to campus. Its been a while since I was there it felt like. It was busy with people moving back in after spring break. Lift went well then I cruized back. Rail Trail still all snowy, caught me off guard and slowed me down a little on the way back. I had to trudge through on the side in new foot paths, which was actually much easier.

Essentials: Stretch

Good stretch when I got back. Legs aren't as heavy feeling, now they feel worked. Some tightness from the lift though here and there. Good stuff.
