Comments:
This week was really stressful. Just getting things going again, thinking about my place and the future. Its some heavy shit. I havent needed a run this badly in a while. After seminar and cleaning up, started from the lot. It was just on the border of shorts weather. Went with it and it was a good decision. Starting out, legs felt fresh, noticed the days off. It just felt natural, felt right. As I went along, head cleared up and I felt a lot better about things. Coming around down the hill, stomach started to cramp up a little bit, but then I rolled with it and still finished really strong. Felt relaxed and released when I got into the gym to stretch actually. No matter what I know I can come back to the streets to feel better. Thats special.
Essentials: Stretch, L7
Just was kinda crowded but I got my spot. Focused on stretching out strong. Legs feel so much better. L7 was tough through havent done that in a while. Stomach a little tight, I was getting hungry so I didnt feel comfortable doing abs. Packed up and then jogged slowly up to the parking lot. Still enjoying this weather for the most part, even though it did snow today.
