Comments:
Did a speed workout on the track. It felt easy. I was tired though so didn't do an extended cool down. Did a mile warm-up, strides, 10 x 400 at 80 pace with 80 second jog in between and then a mile cool down run. My times were roughly 82-80-82-80-80-80-80-80-80-79.
