Good 9 miler up NP an SP. Chilly start to April. Stretch, roll.
Moving ahead into April, I am thinking 22 - 28 /wk. until mid-May. At that point I'll increase mileage and start training for a summer race (mid-July 10K?). Run another tune-up in August for September's Akron Half, then aim for Columbus Half in October. I need to check how much time I had last year before the Cleveland Half, and summer training starting.
