Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Quality long run. Was supposed to do 10 miles moderate/8 miles at MP. Got through one mile at MP but was wicked tired. Lack of sleep caught up to me. Ended up finishing the 18 miles at 6:00-6:20 pace. The snowy/rainy mix didn't help. Spandex were soaked through. Carrying that extra weight was tiring.
