Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did the drills and a less intense version of the 3x3x50m accelerations. I didn't think the heat was bothering me on the 20-25 minute run, but I guess it was because I was working harder than I normally would on an easy run. When I got back I was just really tired and knew that I wouldn't be doing handoffs, but we ended up just doing hurdle stuff anyway.
