Biked with Mia because I am insanely sore from dance for musical theater where we're dancing on our knees for 45 seconds and I could barely move. Also, I didn't feel like I should run 3 days in a row, and the meet tomorrow is messing my schedule up. Did 30 mins steady and 6 30 second "striders" at the end.
