Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Attempted a workout but failed miserably. Ran a 2 mile interval at 11:10 and one mile at 5:30. Did a warmup to the bike path and did 5 minutes. Workout was supposed to be 5x2 mile with 800 float. I'm just tired and haven't been recovering. Going to try this workout again on Tuesday.
