Comments:
Tempo time was smooth as silk. Wind was not too terrible. Managed to drop three sub-sixes and probably averaged under six for the 25 minutes of Tempo time. Feeling confident in this training grind, possibly the strongest I have felt since 2012. On to week 11 and the 20-12 long run cycle.
