Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I decided to kinda face a fear and go for my first normal run-not a run walk to AU, but a real run. I did think my run was going to be a lot shorter, but I missed Lenox, the street I was suppose to turn on to, to loop back. I had planned a twenty or so minute run. I didn't check the time till I had run around 45 minutes and I was quite shocked, not only that I had run that long but that it had taken me so long to run what I was sure was less than two and a half miles, but hey i'm a cripple. My body feels totally fine I didn't even ice or take ibuprofen. I did standing drills before hand and stretched after. And now I feel like maybe I can take on some more running for this season.
