Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Ran 6 x 1000 meters on the Gates Track with Kraig and Jill in the rain. Fun workout. Longish warm-up and cool-down run = about 8 miles total. My times for the 1000's were: (descending x 5 then 1 at hard tempo pace)..... 3:34, 3:33, 3:32, 3:31, 3:30, 3:40.
