Cross Country Practice

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Raining and very windy.

Comments:
Today, Mr. Clark let us run Robinson Rd. and back. I led the first way there. I had not taken my pills for a good 3 days because I ran out. I was having a lot of trouble breathing. After a while of thinking I was going to collapse, I picked up the pace because I felt better. This is when I started to lead. When we got there we were sprinting because it had turned into a race. We rested for about a min. and a half. We then started to go back. I was again secretley having trouble breathing until it wore off again. I passed Tom up a hill and led for another mile or so. Tom led a mile and a half surge to end. I tried about three or four times to catch up and getting closer everytime but he always pulled away. At the end though I recovered some ground and he only beat me to the school entrance by 20 seconds. At the end I convinced him to run a lap around the school because we were already wet and Lucas had gone home.
