Comments:
Last longish run before the big day. Went wayyy better than last week. Felt good, felt easy, think I'm in good shape to do the thing. Hip started to feel a tad wonky, but I think I've got the fix nailed down. Plus, I think I've finally got the shoe for race day! Wish these had shown up like 3 weeks ago, but I'm working with the hand I'm dealt. Didn't get the ankle blisters that my Launches were giving me, which is a big plus. Light, fast, but still cushy overall. Kinda terrible for uneven/broken ground though. Absolutely for roads, or super firm dirt only. But that's fine, race day is on the roads.
