Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Missed a day yesterday due to sheer busy-busy. However, the body felt good during the four miles of Pace time. The wind is still eternally evil. Happy to have survived the 20-mile 3/1 run. Weeks 13 and 15 will be interesting. Possibly going to try another 3/1 Week 15. Time shall tell.
