Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
Yo needed a run so badly. It was kinda hot and humidish out, not used to that running weather. Met up with Charlotte in Town Commons and we headed south to Cumbies first, then caught onto the trail out there. She didnt realize where we were at first, but she had never actually run back there so that was nice. It was kinda wet and muddy so I definitely broke in my shoes. Felt really good, shoes nice and smooth and it was good to run with someone. Came out, up the rail trail and back to Town Commons before splitting off. Coming down the hill stomach started to cramp up. I had to pee pretty much the whole time. I realized that the weather is like those early evening summer runs where the day is all over, the sun is just going down but its still warm out. I like those thats primetime training for the cross season.

Essentials: Stretch, roll

Not too sore from the lifting anymore and feeling refreshed and recharged. What a therapeutic. Rolling helped ease some tension in the IT they feel much better now. Looking forward to the race actually this was about the distance and it felt so smooth. Feel confident to hold a smooth pace and work the course to my advantage.
