Comments:
Perfect Tempo run. Splits were 5:57, 5:57, 5:36, and 5:38. Smooth throughout; re-thinking the Friday recovery run during the grind. Rest on Friday is good but the trade-off for building strength might not be worth it. Going to see how Week 13 goes. Big tests in the coming three weeks.
