Comments:
Ran with Payton this afternoon. Did a 2 mile warm-up including strides then 6 x 400 during his 6 x 800. (Ran the 1st lap of each) My times were about 71, 71, 71, 70, 70, 71. About 14 seconds faster per lap than my normal repeat intervals. Felt decent though. 2 mile cool-down.
