Ran with the track team today. Did 3 sets of 400-200-200-400 and then 2 x 200 at the end. 1 and /2 mile warm-up and cool down. felt good, just tired. My times were about: 79, 37, 37, 78; 78, 38, 38, 79;77, 37, 37, 75; 36, 35.
